The appeal stands abated as against respondent No.3A. There is also an endorsement as per the Registrar orders the Civil Application stands dismissed as against respondent No.1 and 2. That apart, the entire enhanced amount as per the impugned award comes to Rs.3,840/-. The appeal is against the award made on 14-07-1999. In these circumstances, it will not be appropriate to proceed any further in this appeal. This appeal is accordingly dismissed. However, it is made clear that the dismissal of this appeal is mainly on account of abatement of the same as against some of the respondents as well as the quantum of compensation.
