The Petitioner was appointed in the year 1988. Learned counsel for the Petitioner submitted that the Petitioner had already got retired. He had approached the Lok-Ayukta with a prayer for seeking directions for payment of salary in accordance with payscales. It is submitted that the Petitioner did not get any relief. Thereafter, the Petitioner decided to approach this Court by filing the present Petition.

Perused the record. We find that the Petitioner has approached this Court at a highly belated stage relating to service conditions. We are not inclined to entertain the present Petition.
