By a reasoned Order dated 07.07.2017, the Applicant was granted interim relief and was directed to attend the concerned Police Station on stipulated dates. None appears for the Applicant.
Perused the record of investigation.
The record indicates that the Applicant has accordingly attended the concerned Police Station and a recovery of Rs.1 lac has been effected at her instance on 20.07.2017.
After taking into consideration, the fact that the husband of the Applicant who is the principal accused has already been arrested by the police and is in custody and the aforesaid recovery effected at the instance of Applicant, this Sneha Chavan 1/2
20 aba 1168-17=.doc Court is of the view that, the custodial interrogation of the Applicant for further investigation of the present crime is not necessary. In view of the above, interim relief granted by Order dated 07.07.2017 is confirmed, however the condition to attend the concerned Police Station is hereby waived.
