By this petition under Article 227 of the Constitution of India, the petitioner is challenging the order dated 22nd February, 2021 passed by the Divisional Joint Registrar, Co-operative Societies, Mumbai Division, Mumbai in Appeal No.148 of 2020 filed under section 152 of the Maharashtra Co-operative Societies Act, 1960 admitting the appeal but rejecting the stay application. During the course of arguments, learned Counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that in the interest of justice, this Court be pleased to direct the Appellate Authority-Divisional Joint Registrar to decide their appeal as early as possible. She submits that she received instructions from her client not to press the present writ petition if such order is passed 4.
Considering the submissions made by the learned Counsel for the petitioner and the order dated 22nd February, 2021, we are satisfied that the Divisional Joint Registrar can be directed to decide Appeal No.148 of 2020 filed by the petitioner as early as possible.

In view of these facts, following order is passed; : O R D E R :
(a) Divisional Joint Registrar Co-operative Societies, Mumbai Division, Mumbai is directed to decide Appeal bearing No.148 of 2020 filed by the petitioner - Navyug Mansion Co-operative Housing Society Limited under section 152 of the Maharashtra Cooperative Societies Act, 1960 as early as possible; (b) Learned Counsel appearing for the parties shall co-operate with the Appellate Authority for disposal of the appeal on urgent basis.
(c) Writ Petition stands disposed of;
(d) No order as to costs.
