Office report shows that the notice issued against respondent No.1 has returned back with remark that respondent No.1 is dead. The report to that effect dated 14.9.2015 given by the Malbar Hill Police Station is filed along with a copy of the death certificate of respondent No.1. The respondent No.1 has died on 3.7.2015. The death certificate is issued by Government of Madhya Pradesh, Department of Planning, Economics and Statistics. The death certificate is bearing registration No.D-2015.23-90144-000817. 2.

In view of death of respondent No.1 who is an acquitted 1 / 3
