Heard learned counsel for the Applicant.

The Applicant has been convicted for the offence punishable under Section 4 of the Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act. The Applicant has been in custody since 07.06.2013. Learned counsel for the Applicant submits that the Applicant be enlarged on bail considering the evidence on record.

Considering the evidence on record, in particular, the evidence of the prosecutrix, this is not a fit case to enlarge the Applicant on bail. Accordingly, the Application stands rejected and disposed of.

However, since the paper book is ready, the Appeal be added to the final hearing board in the week commencing from 16.08.2016.
