The Applicant on instructions from the Applicant who is present in Court alongwith her father seeks to withdraw the above Miscellaneous Civil Application. Hence, the above Miscellaneous Civil Application is disposed off as withdrawn. 2.

Interim order, if any, stands vacated.

Both the parties have agreed to proceed with the Divorce Petition being P.A. No. 672 of 2013 on merits.

The Family Court at Pune shall dispose off the Divorce Petition being P.A. No. 672 of 2013 within a period of six months from the date of this order. 5.

All contentions of the parties are kept open. 6.
