This Petition has only State of Maharashtra as party Respondent. The concerned department is not joined. The prayer is also too general in nature. We discern that the Petitioner seeks a direction that Law Graduates should be appointed to work on the post of Assistant Registrar and Registrar, Cooperation. The Petition which runs into 38 pages makes no reference to the eligibility criteria under the Rules. Even the governing Rules are not mentioned for appointment.

Faced with the above position, the learned counsel for the Petitioner states that this Petition would be withdrawn and proper Petition after conducting research and joining correct parties would be filed.
