DATED : 25th JULY, 2022 P.C:- The applicant is charge-sheeted for the offence punishable under section 354, 354A, 354B, 325 of IPC and section 8 and 12 of the POCSO Act registered with Aarey Police Station. 2.

He came to be arrested on 15/12/2019.

The learned APP state that the Special Case No. 94 of 2020 is already in progress before the Special/Sessions Judge, Borivali, Division, Dindoshi, Mumbai and 5 more witnesses are to be examined.

Accepting the said statement and considering the long incarceration of the applicant for last three years the learned Special Court is requested to effectively conclude the trial within a period of 4 months from today.
