The learned counsel for the Petitioner submits that Petitioner is seeking limited relief that he has made an application for allotment of alternate land on 20.11.2020. Same is not yet decided by the Authority.

We have also heard the learned A.G.P. for the Respondents. In case the Application is filed by the Petitioner and the same is pending with Respondent no.2 (Exhibit 'A') then the Respondent no.2 shall decide the said application on its own merits in accordance with law preferably within six months.
