The learned counsel for the respondentCorporation submits that as per the communication dated 28/02/2017 issued by the Assistant Engineer, the structure in question has already been demolished. A photo copy of that communication is taken on record and marked 'X' for identification.

Considering the fact that the order refusing to grant ad-interim relief is the subject matter of challenge in this appeal coupled with the fact that there was no interim order operating it is apparent that the cause for filing this appeal does not survive. Appeal is therefore disposed of.
