This is an application for fixing peremptory date of final hearing of C.R.A. on the ground that the applicant is a senior citizen aged about 93 years old. By order dated 6.4.2018, after perusing the earlier orders as also having regard to the fact that the applicant is a senior citizen, the office was directed to list the matter for final hearing under the caption "Senior Citizens" chronologically. 3.

In view thereof, no further orders are necessary. Office shall list the matter for final hearing under the caption "Senior Citizens" chronologically. Civil Application is disposed of accordingly.
