This is an application for restoration of Criminal Writ Petition No.2914 of 2015. The Writ petition was dismissed for non prosecution vide order datd 17/06/2022 by this Court (Coram: A. S. Gadkari, J.). Learned counsel for the applicant submitted that, learned counsel for the Petitioner was not well and, therefore, could not attend the matter on that date. Learned counsel for the applicant has annexed his own medical certificate showing his illness. Considering this and in the interest of justice, the application is allowed.

The Petitioner was granted interim relief vide order dated 24/02/2016 passed by this court (Coram: Smt. R. P. SondurBaldota, J.). It was continued vide order dated 14/12/2021. Considering this background and in the interest of justice, interim relief granted vide order dated 24/02/2016 is continued.

Place this matter for final hearing on the weekly final hearing board commencing from 09/01/2023.
