The application is taken out in disposed of matters with grievance that despite direction to expeditiously consider discharge issued by this Court, the application moved by Petitioner is pending without any orders since April, 2018.

The learned APP is seeking time to verify the facts. We are not inclined to intervene at this stage. The orders passed by this court on 4th April, 2018 in Criminal Application No. 956 of 2016 are very clear. We direct the petitioner to bring this order to notice Talwalkar

If the grievance is not satisfied within 6 weeks, thereafter, we grant him liberty to approach this Court. With this, the application is disposed of.
