1] Heard learned counsel for the Petitioner and learned AGP for the State.
2] After arguing for some time, learned counsel for the Petitioner seeks leave to withdraw the Petition with liberty to avail of the remedies which are available under the Maharashtra CoOperative Societies Act, 1960. He makes a grievance that to file this proceeding, copies of the documents which are in the possession of the Deputy Registrar are not made available to him, despite making representation. We find that on Page 67Exhibit D, representation has been made to the Authorized Officer. 1/2
(9)WP-9054-18.doc 3] Learned AGP submits that in case representation is made by the Petitioner to the Deputy Registrar, request for furnishing the necessary documents will be considered. Learned counsel for the Petitioner, therefore, submits that he may be granted liberty to make such application requesting for furnishing necessary documents, which request shall be considered by the Deputy Registrar on its own merits with liberty to the Petitioner to follow process embodied in law.
