Though Civil Application Nos.2097 of 2015 and 2098 of 2015 are not on board, with the consent of learned counsel for Respondent no.1, the same are taken on board. 2.

All the three civil applications seek to bring on record the legal representatives of the deceased Respondents. Though there is some delay involved, the reasons furnished for

delay is satisfactory. Therefore, the civil applications are allowed in terms of prayer clauses (a), (b) and (c) respectively. Necessary amendments shall be carried out on or before 28 January 2016.

Today, leave has been granted to bring on record the legal representatives of some of the deceased Respondents. 2.

Issue notice to the newly arrayed Respondents returnable on 11 February 2016. The Petitioners to take steps to effect service. In case no steps are taken, the petition to stand dismissed as against the newly arrayed Respondents without any further reference to the Court. In addition to the Court notice, private notice is permitted. In case of private service, the Petitioners to file affidavit-in-service one week before the returnable date.
