In pursuance of earlier Orders passed by this Court, the Investigating Officer today has produced for my perusal the opinion given by Handwriting Expert.

After perusing the Handwriting Expert's Report, when this Court expressed its disinclination to grant relief of pre-arrest bail to the Applicant, the learned counsel on instructions seeks leave to withdraw present application with liberty to surrender before the concerned Magistrate having jurisdiction over Valiv Police Station, District Palghar on or before 11.00 am of 19th April 2022.

Leave and liberty granted.

Anticipatory Bail Application is disposed off with aforesaid liberty. 4.

It is made clear that, the period to surrender will not be hereafter extended on any count.
