Prayer of the petitioner is to transfer investigation. Alleged offence is under section 302 of IPC.

Learned APP has produced communication dated 3/2/2020 received from the Police Inspector (Administration), Shil Daighar Police Station. It mentions that the police officer has decided to file "A" summary. 3.

Considering the nature of controversy and other allegations, we find that the petitioner can raise necessary grievance before trial Court and point out the need for further investigation.
