Learned AGP informs the Court that the Administrator has taken charge of the Prabhadevi SRA Co.op.Housing Society Ltd. 2.

In these circumstances, nothing survives for consideration in the present Petition. However, since the Revision Application of the Petitioners is pending before the Minister, Cooperation, we direct that until the disposal of the Revision Application, the Administrator shall not take any major policy or financial decision, except concerning the day to day affairs of the Society. It is expected of the Minister, Cooperation to dispose of the Revision Application expeditiously.
