The above Civil Application was on board on 14-12-2015 on which day the Learned Counsel holding for Mr. Upadhyay who is the Advocate on record for the Applicant stated that Mr. Upadhyay is seeking to withdraw his appearance for the Applicant. Since no such letter was produced and since Mr. Upadhyay had also not remained present in Court though a chance was given to do so, hence as and by way of final opportunity, the above Civil Application was adjourned for today and it was made clear that no further adjournment would be granted. Today though the matter is called out in both the sessions, no appearance is put up on behalf of the Applicant and neither the Applicant is present in Court. This court is therefore constrained to dismiss the above Civil Application for non prosecution.
