CORAM

: SMT. BHARATI DANGRE, J.

DATED : 13TH JULY, 2021.

P.C:- 1.

Learned A.P.P., on the basis of the report received from the Senior Police Inspector, Sadar Bazar Police Station, Solapur, states that the Applicant is alleged to have committed both the crimes, in which he is seeking bail, while he was undergoing the sentence in the Central Prison Kalamb, on being convicted for an offence punishable under Section 302 of the IPC. The offence is committed by him while he was on parole. From the date of AJN

2/2 55 BA-82.21G.odt offence till the date of his arrest, he was absconding. 2.

This fact being brought to my notice, dis-entitles the Applicant for being released on bail and, for the said purpose, I need not appreciate the submissions of learned counsel for the Applicant that there are no specific allegations against the Applicant and, in the wake of the fact that there is a charge-sheet filed against the Applicant, the application is rejected.
