It appears that the petitioner was aggrieved by the decision of the respondent/authority rejecting his prayer for extension of parole. 2.

Learned APP appearing for the respondent/State has tendered across the bar a letter written by the concerned Jail Officer addressed to the learned APP wherein it is stated that the petitioner was released on bail by the order of Supreme Court on 25.07.2014. The same is taken on record and marked 'X' for identification.
