There is no dispute between the petitioner and the second respondent that now the entire offending structure subject matter of this petition has been demolished by the State Government. Only dispute is about the date on which the same is demolished.

As the demolition has been admittedly carried out, there is no reason to entertain this petition. Compilation of photographs tendered by the learned counsel for the petitioner is taken on record and marked `A-1'

for identification.

Accordingly, writ petition is disposed of.
