Petitioner has raised two-fold grievances. Firstly, sentences to run concurrently and secondly, the fine amount imposed upon him to be pardoned.

Due to passage of time and in view of the fact that the sentence was only for three years, the petitioner, in all probabilities, might have undergone the sentence so imposed. Therefore, we do not think it appropriate to entertain this petition at this stage. 3.

Hence, writ petition stands disposed of.
