By order dated 22nd January, 2023 this Court recorded that the order dated 6th December, 2023 issuing directions to Appellant to file private paper-book within a period of six weeks and time was extended by six weeks. It was made clear that in case no private paper-book is filed, this Court will be constrained to dismiss the Appeal for want of prosecution.
