In view of the statement made by learned APP, the learned counsel for the applicant seeks leave to withdraw this application with liberty to file an application for bail, after filing of the charge-sheet, before the appropriate Court.

Application is accordingly disposed of as withdrawn with liberty as prayed.

It is made clear, that this application has not been considered on merits and if an application for regular bail, after filing of the chargesheet is filed by the applicant, the same shall be considered on its own merits, uninfluenced by the withdrawal of the aforesaid application.
