Heard the learned counsel for the appellant. This appeal is preferred by Insurance Company challenging the judgment and award dated 2.1.2012 passed by MACT, Thane in MACP No.480 of 2008 holding that the respondents claimants are entitled Rs.10,70,800/- with 7% interest p.a.by way of compensation.

Admit.

Appellant to file private paper book within one year from today, failing which the appeal shall stand dismissed without further reference to the court.
