P.C.:- This is an Application for restoration of Writ Petition (Stamp) No.1051 of 2020, which was dismissed for non-compliance of directions issued in para No.7 of the Order dated 11th March, 2020. There is a delay of 265 days in filing the present Application. Ms. Joshi, learned Advocate for the Respondent has no objection for condonation of delay and restoration of the Writ Petition. In view thereof and for the reasons stated in the Application delay is condoned. Writ Petition is accordingly restored to file. Applicants are directed to carry out amendment in pursuance of para No.4 of Order dated 11th March, 2020 within a period of one week 1/2
