The applicant came to be arrested in Crime No. 577 of 2021 registered at Manchar Police Station for the offences punishable under Sections 302, 120-B of the Indian Penal Code. 3.
I have heard the learned counsel for the applicant and the learned APP for the respondent-State and the learned counsel for the complainant intervener.

According to the prosecution, on 16 October 2021, the present applicant and other co-accused committed the murder of the deceased due to previous disputes.

According to the prosecution, Shafiq Suleman Inamdar is an eyewitness to the alleged incident. 6.
I have perused the statement of said eye-witnesses. He has not attributed any role to the present applicant in the alleged incident. I am therefore inclined to release the applicant on bail. Hence, the following order is passed:
(i) Application is allowed.
(ii) The applicant- Bharat Janaku Vayal shall be released on bail in Crime No. 577 of 2021 registered at Manchar Police Station for the offences punishable under Sections 302, 120-B of the Indian Penal Code on furnishing PR bond in the sum of Rs. 25,000/- with one or two sureties in the like amount.
(iii) The applicant shall not enter into the limits of Taluka Ambegaon till conclusion of trial.
