Heard the learned counsel for the applicant and the learned APP for the State.

The learned counsel for the applicant on instructions seeks leave to withdraw the application with liberty to take out a fresh application if the trial is not concluded within a reasonable period. 3.

Having regard to the nature of the accusations and the period of incarceration, the learned Additional Session Judge seized with a Session Case No. 609 of 2022 is requested to make an endeavour to conclude the trial as expeditiously as possible and preferably within a period of one year from the date of communication of this order. 4.

In the event the trial is not concluded within one year, the applicant is at liberty to approach this Court. Application disposed.
