Petitioner no. 1 and respondent no. 2 are jointly requesting for quashing and setting aside of the FIR which has arisen essentially out of the matrimonial dispute.

Respondent no.2 has orally given no objection in Court. 4.

The consent terms for divorce were filed in the Family Court, Thane in Petition bearing No. A-342 of 2017 and marriage between the parties is already dissolved.

Today, separate affidavits on same line is tendered by petitioner no. 1 and respondent no. 2. The affidavits are taken on record.
