Having regard to the fact that the offences alleged against the Applicants are one punishable under Section 306 and 498(A) of the Indian Penal Code amongst other offences and since the charge-sheet has been filed on 04/11/2017, we decline to entertain the above Criminal Application. The above Criminal Application is accordingly disposed of. However, it would be open for the Applicants to invoke the statutory remedy available under the Criminal Procedure Code. If any application for discharge is filed, needless to state that, the same would be heard and decided on its own merits and in accordance with law.
