The applicants seek condonation of delay of 97 days in filing the Ciiil Reiision Application.

Heard learned counsel for the applicants and learned counsel for the respondent, who has iehemently opposed the application.

Perused the application. In paragraph 3, justification for delay is offered by stating that the City Ciiil Court, Bombay passed the order on 05/02/2020. Since the pandemic surfaced immediately thereafter, the counsel could not be consulted and this was coupled with the financial distress. M.M.Salgaonkar

The delay being explained and found to be justifiable one, I am inclined to condone the same. The application is allowed in terms of prayer clause (a). The Ciiil Reiision Application is directed to be registered.
