This application is listed before this Court in view of standing order dated 12.04.2019.

While suspending the sentence imposed on applicant vide order dated 14.01.2015, this Court had directed the Applicant to report to concerned Court once in six month on date specified by the concerned Court.

The applicant is working with Wipro Technologies Limited and now stationed at Canada. He is therefore, not in a position to complied with said condition and he is seeking relaxation of the said Sneha Chavan 1/2

Heard.

On earlier occasion, similar applications were moved by the applicant and those were granted. We see no impediment in granting the instant application as applicant is working at Canada is unable to complied with condition for four years suspending sentence. 6.
Application is allowed.

Condition No.4 imposed vide order dated 14.01.2015 passed in Criminal Application No. 21 of 2015 in Criminal Appeal No. 48 of 2015 is relaxed for a period of one year from 10.07.2019 in order to enable to applicant to stay at Canada. During this period of one year, he need not mark his appearance as directed. The application stands disposed of accordingly.
