Learned Counsel for the Respondent tenders consent terms duly signed by the parties through their authorized representatives and also by their respective advocates. Two workmen, on whose behalf the union is agitating the petition, have also independently signed the consent terms. The consent terms inter-alia provide for payment of compensation by the Respondentcompany to the workmen represented by the Petitioner-union. Learned Counsel seek disposal of the petition in terms of the consent terms. Secretary of the Petitioner-union, who has signed the consent terms, is present in person in Court and affirms the consent terms. Laxmi Pg 1 of 2

The Union representative present in Court acknowledges having received two demand drafts by the Respondent-company in favour of the two workmen represented by the union which are in full and final settlement of clause 5 of the consent terms. 3.
The consent terms are taken on record, marked ' X' for identification. The statement and undertakings contained therein are accepted andthe Writ Petition is disposed in terms of the consent terms.
