By order dated 23.10.2018, C.R.A. was dismissed. On the oral application made by Mr. Page, ad-interim order dated 28.6.2018 was continued for a period of twelve weeks subject to the applicant filing undertaking in terms of paragraph-11 of that order. Mr. Page has tendered the undertaking of the applicant dated 30.10.2018, which is taken on record and marked 'A' for identification.

Mr. Page states that the undertaking is as per paragraph11 of the order dated 23.10.2018. Mr. Parekh confirms said fact.
