In view of the reasons stated in the Civil Application, the time for filing the undertaking as well as making of deposit is extended. The undertaking which is annexed at Annexure 'B' to this Civil Application, is taken on record and accepted as an undertaking to the URS

Further, the Applicant hands over a Demand Draft in an amount of Rs.34,500/- (Rupees Thirty Four Thousand Five Hundred Only) to the learned Counsel for Respondents. The same is accepted and the same shall constitute sufficient compliance of the direction in para 13 of the order dated 23/06/2015. Insofar as deposit for further periods are concerned, the Applicant states that the same will be complied with without any delay.
