This Petition was dismissed in 2009 for non-prosecution. However, later on, the Petition was restored. 2.

Despite of the said, on 2nd June, 2017, though this Petition was called out for hearing twice neither the Petitioner nor her Advocate were present. However, by way of indulgence matter was stood over to 19th June, 2017. 3.

Even today the same position operates. Neither the Petitioner nor her Advocate are present.

Since this Petition relates to 1998 it is not possible to extend any further indulgence. This Petition is also dismissed for non-prosecution.
