Learned Counsel for the Petitioner seeks leave withdraw the Petition with liberty to make a representation to the Respondent-Corporation. The Petition is allowed to be withdrawn with liberty as prayed.

If such representation is made within a period of one week from today, the same shall be decided by the RespondentCorporation expeditiously and in any event within a period of three weeks from the date of receipt of representation. Until the decision is taken by the Respondent-Corporation and for a period of ten days thereafter from the date of communication of the decision, no coercive steps shall be taken by the Respondent-Corporation.

The Petition to stand disposed of. We make it clear that we have not gone into the merits of the matter and all contentions are kept open.
