Mr. Deshmukh, on instructions, states that petitioners are not pressing this Petition and requests that since the Suit is instituted in the year 2001, the learned trial Judge may be directed to dispose of the Suit in a time bound manner. Mr. Shah consents for early disposal of the Suit.

In view thereof, Petition is disposed of as not pressed. As the Suit is instituted in the year 2001, the learned trial Judge is requested to dispose of the Suit within six months from the date of production of the authenticated copy of this order.
