1] By a reasoned Order dated 7th July 2017 the applicants were granted interim relief with a direction to attend the Investigating Officer on stipulated dates and to join the process of investigation. The learned APP submitted that, the applicants have complied with the said directions and co-operated in the process of investigation. 2] Perused the record of investigation.

The record clearly indicates that, the applicants are married sister-in-laws of the deceased Smt. Yashwanti @ Trupti Pharad. That the husband of deceased Yashwanti, father-in-law and brother-in-law are 1/2

aba.1170-2017.doc already arrested by the police and the father-in-law has been released on regular bail by the Trial Court. The investigation of the present crime is practically completed. After perusing the record, this Court is of the view that, the custodial interrogation of the applicants for further investigation of the present crime, is not necessary.

3] In view thereof, the interim relief granted by an Order dated 7th July 2017 is confirmed. However, the condition to attend the concerned Police Station is hereby waived.
