Heard learned counsel appearing for the petitioner. He has tendered across bar a copy of Government Resolution dated 21st December, 2019 issued by the General Administration Department, Government of Maharashtra. The same is taken on record and marked "X" for identification. 2.

Learned counsel for the petitioner further submits that pursuant to issuance of said Government Resolution, Zilla Parishad (Primary) Thane has issued fresh appointment order. He has tendered a copy of the said order. The same is taken on record and marked "X-1" for identification. In the light of fresh order issued by Education Officer, Zilla Parishad (Primary) Thane, he has instructions from the petitioner not to 1/2

In the light of submissions made by learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, this petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
