This Petition is pending since 2017. It was listed on 27.4.2018 and it was adjourned at the request of learned counsel for the Petitioners. After that it was listed on 16.3.2020, but, the matter did not reach. Thereafter the matter was not listed. No efforts were taken by learned counsel for the Petitioners to get the matter listed before the Court. Vide order dated 25.7.2023, directions were issued to list the matter on today's board under the caption 'for dismissal', by way of a last chance. 2.
