By these Petitions under Articles 226 and 227 of the Constitution of India, petitioners have challenged the orders passed by the Tahsildar, 1/2
WP7058&group_15.sxw South Solapur imposing penalty on the petitioners. Mr. Thorat seeks permission to withdraw these Petitions on the ground that against the impugned orders, remedy of Appeal is provided before the SubDivisional Officer. 3.
On the motion made by Mr. Thorat, Petitions are allowed to be withdrawn with liberty as prayed for. If there is any delay in filing the Appeal, petitioners shall be at liberty to file Application for condonation of delay on the ground that they were prosecuting these Petitions bonafide.
