After hearing the learned counsel for the Petitioners, when this Court was not inclined to interfere with the impugned Order dated 20th April 2021 passed by the Member, Maharashtra Revenue Tribunal, Mumbai, the learned counsel on instructions seeks leave to withdraw the present Petition with liberty to agitate his contentions with respect to transfer of suit property in favour of Mr.Ganpat Patil and Mr.Vaibhav Patil by Respondent Nos.4 to 8 at the time of hearing of before the Tribunal.
