Petitioner is seeking transfer of investigation. 2.

Learned APP, upon instructions from investigating officer - Mr. C.B. Gaikwad states that investigation is complete and CSummary will be filed within one week. Statement is accepted as an undertaking to the Court.

3. Learned counsel for petitioner invites our attention to order dated 03/10/2017 in Writ Petition No.2456 of 2017. He submits that after much persuasion, the Investigating Officer because of

We find that as per the order dated 03/10/2017, the investigation was to be completed within four months. 5.

As C-Summary is being filed, it is apparent that petitioner has to take appropriate steps before Trial Court. 6.

We, therefore, keep all contentions of the petitioner open and with liberty to them to take necessary steps before Trial Court disposes of present challenge.

Petition is disposed of accordingly.
