P.C. :- The contempt petition was already dismissed as against respondent No.2. Thereafter, several efforts were made to effect service upon respondent No.2. At the address furnished by the applicant-petitioner, once again an attempt was made to serve notice upon respondent No.2. On this occasion, the report states that at the address indicated, there was a chawl, which has been demolished 8 years back, accordingly, whereabouts of respondent No.2 were not known. In this view of the matter, there is no case made out for seeking any restoration of the contempt petition as against respondent No.2. Accordingly, the civil application for restoration is dismissed.
