Mr. Sawant, the learned counsel for the Petitioner states that he has no objection to dispose of this petition by directing the Chief Executive Officer, Zilla Parishad, Thane, to dispose of the Petitioner's representation dated 8th July, 2016. Mr. Mali, the learned Additional Government Pleader, for the Respondent -State also states that appropriate orders can be passed.

In above circumstances, we deem it convenient to dispose of this petition by directing Respondent No.3-Chief Executive Officer, Zilla Parishad to dispose of the Petitioner's representation dated 8th July, Megha 1/2
43_wp_8423_2016.doc 2016, copy of which is annexed at page 52 of the petition, as expeditiously as possible and preferrably within a period of six weeks from the date of this order. Ordered accordingly. 3.
It is made clear that all the points and contentions are expressly kept open.

The Petitioner is directed to remain present before the Respondent No.3 on 29.8.2016 along with copy of the said representation.
