1. In furtherance of the query put up to the Investigating Officer, the learned APP, on instructions of Mr. Katkar, PI, EOW, who is present in Court, state that the custodial interrogation of the applicant is not desired.
2. In the wake of the aforesaid statement, the applicant deserve protection from arrest subject to the following conditions.
ORDER
(a) Application is allowed.
(b) In the event of arrest in connection with Aarti Palkar
2/2 18.ABA.1927.2022.doc C.R.No.48 OF 2022 registered with EOW, Thane, applicant shall be released on bail on furnishing P.R. bond to the extent of Rs.50,000/- with one or two sureties of the like amount.
(c) The applicant shall report to the concerned police station on 28.07.2022 and 29.07.2022 between 3.00 p.m. to 5.00 p.m. and thereafter as and when called for.
(d) The applicant shall not directly or indirectly make any inducement, threat or promise to any person acquainted with facts of case so as to dissuade him from disclosing the facts to Court or any Police Officer and should not tamper with evidence.
