Heard the learned counsel for the applicant. The learned counsel for the respondent Nos.1 to 5 seeks time. In view of the statement made in paragraph 2 of the application, prayer clause (a) deserves to be granted.

Accordingly, we allow the application in terms of prayer clause (a) and direct the writ petitioners to implead the applicant as respondent No.6 in the main writ petition.
